Meditation is our pillar number 7 and is one of the best stress-reducing techniques to prevent Immfla-aging...inflammation is one of the biggest issues with aging into ill health!

There is no right or wrong way to meditate other than to assure that you are finding 5 minutes or more daily to bring yourself into peaceful silence, stilling the chatter in your mind.  You can meditate sitting, standing, or lying down.  You can meditate walking in your favorite peaceful place with the best results in nature; the trees, water, and if you can barefoot to get the benefits of the earthing healing of mother earth. Just assure if you are out in the cold you don't get frostbite.  Yoga is a really great way to practice meditation and your breath while getting the stretching benefits for your body.

I generally start my day with my breath of life which is how I meditate and then my gratitudes.  I get my vegas nerve activated for a peaceful start to the day.  So if you are not already meditating start with a wakeup 7 cycle breath routine, 7 counts inhaling hold for 2 to 3 counts and then a 7 count exhale.  Clear your mind and allow just love and gratitude to fill your thoughts.  Gratitude for everything in your life.  If you want more complex meditations just go on google and you will find so many amazing teachers and meditations that will suit you.  Do all you can to take the action of meditating once a day and twice if you can.  Teach your children if you have them.  When you start them early it sets them up for a peaceful life.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all the best for 2021!

Tons of love and blessings!
