Ageless Thrival Living is all about transforming through love homo sapiens into homo luminous, the new human. It's about transforming power over int empowerment so that humanity can come into it sovereignty rather than stay enslaved to the few Elite! Every month I will write about one of the 9 Foundational Pillars: Gratitude, Meditation, Breath of Life, Nutrition, Exercise, Connection, Sleep, Ecosystems starting next month.

My friends Macara and Jacqueline are now monthly contributors to the Gratitude and Fitness Pillars.  And we will continue to add contributors in the other 7 Pillars as they appear.  We have been programmed to age and our AgelessThival program consists of over 1000 hours of research and 92 hours of recorded programs that clear your unconscious programs that you have to develop aging diseases, disconnect and run out of money as you chronologically age.  Ageless 1 and 2 are based on the research of the Nobel prize winners on telomere research, Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn and Elissa Epel, Ph.D.  Their book The Telomere Effect is revolutionary in its proven science of how to maintain healthy telomere length which is how we live in healthy longevity.  We will discuss how the 9 pillars work together when you create a cohesive action plan for how you want to live.  So next month we will discuss gratitude which is about appreciation for every experience and person in our lives even though it may not be a great experience.  How is that possible?  Well, we will go into that next month.  Tons of love, blessings, and gratitude.  Stay safe and healthy.
