I was looking for organic cotton face masks as Transit here had made masks mandatory when riding transit Aug 24, 2020.  The site was for children but they sold adult masks.  I thought I ordered two.  They arrived and they were the child size.  Disappointed they wouldn't fit me, they in fact were perfect for Clarke and Vida my grandsons.  Sure that I had checked the adult size I thought oh well.  The simple folk sent out an email to market some other products and I answered with what had happened to me.  I said my daughter loved the masks and would certainly buy more from them.  But I wouldn't buy it again.  I also unsubscribed.  

Well to my surprise I received an email letting me know that I had in fact chosen the child-size but they wanted to send me two adult masks in the color of my choice free of charge. I was happily shocked at their generosity but wrote back to say that although I was grateful for their offer that in this economic climate I could not let them send me free products when I had made the mistake.  I asked if they would send me an invoice that I would purchase the adult masks right away.  Again a few minutes later the invoice arrives for the cost of the masks but with discount and free shipping.  I conceded to their generosity on free shipping and discount and ordered right away.  I was thrilled and I will order from them for my 9 grandchildren as their products are nontoxic and their values reflect how we all have to work together to create a peaceful sustainable world for everyone.
