In this video I’m sharing what I do when I feel under the weather. I drink lots of hot liquid (warm water, tea ), also a big fan of soups. I use Qigong acupressure point for headaches and boosting immune system. I do breathing exercises to cleanse and detox the lungs combined with Qigong exercises. This 20 minute routine is designed to open the chest and tonify the lungs so we can breathe better. Gentle body movements encourage blood and energy circulation to facilitate the recovery.
