Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients 1 head of organic cauliflower 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or mixed italian white cheese 1/2 cup or amount you like of goat cheese 1/2 cup sliced Organic red onion (more depending on pizza size) 1/4 cup of fresh organic basil (more depending on pizza size) 1/4 cup of fresh organic spinach (more depending on pizza size 1 medium to large organic tomato Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Steam the cauliflower for 5 to 8 minutes until soft

Shred or Rice the Cauliflower in food processor or by hand with shredder

Wring out the water by hand (it still works if you forget to do this)

Mix the shredded mozzerella or mixed white cheeses in with the cauliflower and pinch of himalayan pink salt

Butter (organic grass fed butter) or oil your cast iron pan, pizza sheet or cookie sheet

lay out the cauliflower cheese mixture and press into shape for pizza round or square or oblong or rectangular

Place in 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes or browned

Chopped the organic tomato and place in saucepan and add 1/4 cup chopped red onion and cook slowly until it is like a tomato sauce. Stir often so it doesn't burn.

Pull the Pizza crust out and place on hot pad. Add the tomato sauce, more red onion, basil, spinach and goat cheese.

Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.  And pull when heated through.

Sit back and enjoy your vegetarian, keto ok cauliflower pizza with some great bubbled water or a wine of your choice.  Delicious!
