Aries – (March 20 – April 18)
September begins with five major planets, plus Chiron, all retrograde. The important one for you is Chiron. Thought to be a wild comet now trapped in our Solar System, the Shaman/Shapeshifter of astrology, is now journeying in your sign of Aries. Chiron is asking you to review and heal all that has stopped you; to heal any shame, to release any guilt, and to renew your sense of freedom. As people, places, and things from your past resurface, see them as flickering flames. Release what needs to be gone, and savor the fond memories that ignite your Love.
Taurus – (April 19 – May 19)
Venus, shines her signature of Love on to you. She begins the month in her alter-ego sign of Libra. Here, dancing through the air element. she feels just a bit elusive to your earthy nature. But, she’s still your goddess, right? And you need her! Hold on because on September 10th Venus enters Scorpio. Now, this is a Venus you can understand. Sensuous, original, and she’s looking at you. Enjoy this moment, Taurus. Stay social because benefits come to you through others. Accept all invitations, and look your best, because Lady Luck often visits when you least expect her.
Gemini – (May 20 – June 19)
Those issues and details that you feel are holding you back may actually serve to lift you up now, Gemini. It has to do with the wheels of fate, which seem to turn slowly at times, but then everything changes in a flash. The karmic North Node has been slowing winding through your sign since May, 2020 and stays in Gemini until January of 2022. Like a moth to a flame, you have been driven to pursue a calling. This tension will lift soon; just be sure that you’re placed where you want to be so that you can enjoy some peace and the richness of love.
Cancer – (June 20 – July 21)
Many people don’t understand that yours is a Cardinal, or action starting sign. The Moon is a traveler, waxing and waning in the nighttime sky, and this motion is reflective of your restless nature. I’m not saying you need to stop moving, but it is a good time to remain centered and grounded. The Moon has some challenges this month – times that call for making adjustments and careful thinking. Don’t move so fast that you are out of synch with your good planning capabilities. Your best day this month is September 26th – make it happen!
Leo – (July 22 – August 21)
Well, after a month of birthday’s Leo, it’s time to get back to normal – or is it? Why not let the parties continue. Your sense of adventure is highlighted now, and the Universe is ready to cooperate. Follow your urges to explore as the world opens up new roads and vistas. It’s the perfect time for a vacation, but if you cannot actually get free now, this is also a rich season to make plans for your runaway. Freedom is the operative word, and I wish you a roaring good time. Stretch, dig in, and feel your power, Leo.
Virgo – (August 22 – September 21)
The New moon of September 6th is in Virgo, and the Full moon of September 20th highlights your opposite sign of Pisces. What it all means is that the Universe is now presenting you a winning combination of self-development supplemented with support from partners. And, your partners are people who really CARE about you! Know that you are deeply loved, and let this filter into the recesses of your mind. And, then, allow this force of love to heal your body. You’re used to doing the heavy lifting – all around – but it’s now time to lighten your load and receive the support of others.
Libra – (September 22 – October 21)
You are sitting in the cosmic hot seat this month, Libra. Venus is in your sign until September 10th. Plus, Mars enters Libra on September 14th. Speedy Mercury has also been bouncing around and stations retrograde in Libra on September 27th. So, do you get a heads up that the Light is shining on YOU? You have a dynamic day early on to get things started right – Venus in Libra trine Jupiter in Aquarius on September 6th. This is particularly good for love, and/or your personal creativity. Think about what sparks your joy and get clear on how that can be made manifest. The world is your oyster now, Libra. Think big!
Scorpio – (October 22 – November 20)
With so many planets now retrograde now, you may feel burdened; like trudging through mud. Remember the lovely lotus flower that must reach down through the water and into the deep, deep mud to find sustenance. Hold on to your peace and turn your face to the spiritual Light. Align with all that inspires you and hold on to what you want to do, and why you want to do it. And, then, (you knew this was coming) DO IT. The Universe is asking, demanding, that you move beyond your sense of perfection and into executive function. No excuses!
Sagittarius – (November 21– December 19)
Although yours is the sign of good luck and buoyancy, there is a nagging sense of unfinished businesses. What happened to your dreams, Sag? Some call it maturity, others might say it’s ‘getting real’, and even sometimes you hear that old negative saying: ‘you can’t have it all’. Well, the maturity part is true; when Pluto was in Sagittarius, 1995 – 2008, you had to grow up. And next, Pluto in Capricorn has wrestled some joy away from your work. But, here’s your secret ally – Jupiter is now in Aquarius, an air sign. And, although compromise is still required, allow your ruling planet to breath some fresh air into your life. The Universe promises that you will get your due, and for you, Sag – that’s a good thing.
Capricorn – (December 20 – January 18)
It is obvious that we are in a time of upheaval and sad but not surprising that there are so many differing points of view. Like the prophesized Tower of Babel, everyone is speaking a different language, and few truly understand what the other has to say. You, too, have a point of view. Capricorn is the sign of the ultimate realist, but you must also understand that the dreamers serve to fertilize a vision of the future. Your gift is unleashed when you function as a uniter within a culture of division.
Aquarius – (January 19 – February 18)
Both Saturn and Jupiter are retrograde in your sign now! Apply this bit of wisdom and take some pressure off, Aquarius. There are likely some people in your life who are never satisfied, and it’s time to just let some issues (and people) go far, far away. Like, so far that you never see them again. The beauty in this situation is as you turn inward and focus on yourself, your brilliance shines more brightly than ever before. We need you free and unencumbered so that your Spiritual Light is turned on to make this world a better place.
Pisces – (February 19 – March 19)
September just may be the season that you unearth that buried treasure, Pisces. For some it will be love, others may be set free of something that has kept you in bondage for so very long. What ever your treasure, it comes through self-examination. Yours is the sign of forgiveness; and sometimes you are called to ultimate release – letting go without proof of retribution. The New moon of September 6th initiates a cycle of relationship with reliance on others. One of your Life Lessons is about giving, but now it’s your turn to receive.
